 * I would like to know if there is user roles feature within job manager?
    Example:–
   Role A for posting job only – Role B for posting job,edit job and maintaining
   resume

 * WP Job Manager only adds an Employer role, which is assigned to anyone who posts
   a job, but the role doesn’t actually do anything, it’s just there for third party
   themes/plugins to use, and so you can optionally use it to restrict content etc.
 * For the kind of setup you want, you’ll need a Role/Capability Manager plugin.

   your sites permissions structure.
