What files might the user have? Please explain this before trying anything else.
Do you have a backup of your database? If there have been NO OTHER CHANGES in users (add/delete, password changes, etc.) since that backup, you could restore the wp_users and wp_usermeta tables.

In that case, you need to create a new user and don’t try to restore anything,

@sterndata But I need the pictures this is very important to me. Isn’t there another way to solve this?
Are the pictures really deleted? Do you see them in wp-content/uploads/whatever? Or in the media library?
When you deleted the user, did you assign the content to anyone else?

@sterndata Yes the pictures really deleted I can not see them in wp-content/uploads/whatever Or in the media library
When I deleted the user, I did not assigned the content to anyone else.
In the words of the Guardian Knight in the crypt with all the Grail cups, “He choose poorly.” 🙁
I think you need to restore the entire site (files and DB) from a recent backup and then scramble to add whatever content was added after that backup. This is beyond tweaking a few tables.
