User Registration Plugin(s)

Hi! I have a gaming website, and I need user’s to be able to register. The registration needs to have an option for me to add personal things into the registration form.
I don’t want to use the default registration form, being that that is not enabled.

Again, what would be the best plugin to enable registration for a gaming group, with an option for me to add personal forms? (IE. What character do you want to play in the game?)
