User Registration Plugins

Hi!
I’d like you to recommend me which plugin/s should I use for the following purposes:

1) I’d like to create a multilingual message to send by email after the user registration
2) I’d like to put a link on the above email to make the user confirm the email address
3) I’d like that the link redirect to the user’s profile
4) I’d like to add in the user’s profile custom mandatory fields (to be filled as the last step of the registration).

I tested several plugins but now I’m quite confused..

Could you please suggest me something even only for one of the features I’d like to implement?
