User registration on redirected site

    Hi,
    I have a WordPress installation on a domain and I’m getting new user registration emails from the site. The problem is that the site is being redirected to another site of mine. How are people able to register on a site when they can’t access it?

    Hi there

    Have redirects been added to the /wp-admin and wp-login.php?action=register pages as well?

    Perhaps try adding in a Wildcard Redirect in your cPanel to ensure any visits to the old site will redirect to the new one?
