# User registration information

 * I use your plugin on my site at [http://www.camtechcustom.com/dealer-application/](http://www.camtechcustom.com/dealer-application/)
   for dealers to register for a discount. The information is supposed to be stored
   in their user account on the backend, but when the new user is created each field
   from the form has the following displayed: “Array,Array,Array,Array,Array,Array,
   Array,Array,Array,Array,Array,Array,Array,Array”
 * Whats going on here, how can I fix it?
 * I also do not receive a notification when someone has filled out this form. Part
   two of the problem.

 * I see you didn’t set dataname of any fields, please set unique data-name for 
   each fields and must be lowercase without spaces.
