User Registration and ability to add photos/content through profile

    I am looking to create a new WordPress website that allows users to register online and then add photos and item description for items they want to list with contact information auto generated from their user profile from the website. I don’t need an online store, but just a way to allow several entities to post items and have their contact information listed from their profile information. For example, if a auto dealer has a vehicle they want to clearance to other dealers at wholesale vs. to the public at retail, they can register on this site and post the auto on the site for all other registered dealers to view and contact them. This site would be restricted to registered users only! It doesn’t need to be found by anyone but invited guests we will control. If an online store will work, but no pricing or purchasing functionality is available, great!

    Is there a plug-in for this already, or does anyone know how to do this for a person that is familiar with WordPress but is by no means strong in coding.

    consider using these items in combination to create the result you are looking for…..

    • various memberships plugins
    • buddypress plugin
    • bbpress forum

    for managing display you might find conductorplugin useful. no coding required.
    (i recently created a store using this plugin, but could be used without any payment mechanism set up)
