User Register problem

    I’ve set the setting for users to be able to register, and it goes to each step, but when it says emailing password they dont receive there email. How can i fix this?

    Hi,

    In this case you need to check with the SMTP Authentication from the server end..if it is mendatory then you need to provide the details in wp-mail.php file..

    Also you can check with alternate plugins to resolve this issue…

    I had this problem with one of my sites. It turned out that for some reason php-mail didn’t work on the server side. So I installed the wp-mail-smtp plugin, set it up and VOILA! Mail problem solved quite well!

    Thanks, i’ve added the wp-mail-smtp plugin, and it fixed it.
