Labeled no. They will have subscriber access to the other sites, but they don’t get listed.
They are only a true site member for their own blog, and must be added to the others by an admin of that blog.
so they wont be able to comment unless they are added.
is there a way to have it setup to where a registered user can comment on anyones blog.
and even subscribe to get update notices if the blog owner writes a new blog entry
so they wont be able to comment unless they are added.
No, subscribers can comment.
So what is it? I want all users to be able to comment on anyones blog. I have a plugin set to make all users a subscriber. So will they be able to comment?
And will users be able to subscribe to someones blog like someone will get messages or emails when there is an update the blog. Or will I need a plugin
Is there a widget that will show users someone is subscribe too

No no no 🙂 You’re over thinking.
1) User signs up on the network.
That’s it. that’s ALL you have to do to let them comment.
As for emails when the blog is updated, you need a plugin.
Thats for all the help. But what do you mean by let them comment
You said:

To do that you do nothing. All registered users can comment on all blogs on your network.
That’s it.
