# User Profiles??

 * Sorry if this has been asked and answered a million times already but I’m new
   to wordpress. I have a question!
 * Ok so I have my own domain and I’m adding a wordpress blog to it. Everything 
   seems to be working well apart from my users don’t have a page where they can
   go to edit their profile. If they want to add an avatar, or even change their
   password they can’t.

 * At the top of the screen it has ‘Log In’, ‘Site’ and ‘Comments’. Maybe it’s just
   me but there should really be a ‘User’ link too…no? Is it the Ahimsa 2.2.1 theme
   that I’m using that’s the problem? Or do I need to delve into template code? 
   I don’t know much about that either 🙁
 * PS – It’s not the newest version of WordPress, I think it ‘s 2.6. Maybe that’s
   the problem?

 * You can hardcode a link into your template file. Or you can active a text widget
   and code a link in there.
 * Or you could active the standard WordPress Meta widget in your sidebar. If memory
   serves, this has a link to the admin.

 * I wasn’t sure of the actual URL for an individual’s profile. I had a look around
   my FTP files and got it, edited the header code.
