User Profile/Directory Theme Suggestion?

Hi. I am looking for a theme/plugin which will enable me to create a website with the following features:
– User Registration/Login only by paying a membership fee
– Admin page to manage/view memberships and reports
– Customizable User Profile Pages where the users will be able to write a few things about themselves, display some multimedia (photos/videos) and generally promote their service(s).
– Flexible Homepage with search functionality to enable visitors to find/filter for specific members according to their location, the type of service they are offering, etc.
– Space for banner ads
– Integration with PayPal or other Credit Card payment services

I’ve made some research and came across a couple of themes/plugins that could potentially help me accomplish what I want. These are:
– Directory Multi-purpose
– Users Ultra (plugin)
– Directory Press Theme

All these and a few more are quite complicated ones and I will have to try them before buying them but they don’t all offer a free trial.

Can anyone suggest any other themes that can do exactly what I want? In other words: create a website where individuals will be able to advertise themselves/their services by paying a yearly membership fee and being able to control their profile pages.
