User profile Portfolio type plug in

I need a plug that allows me to make the user profile section with extra data
so it will be like a who’s who for my site
almost like showing team members but just site members
with at lease the following (more is better)

a few photos of the person
fields like
real name
user name
other name
field 4
field 5
field 6
etc.
as many searchable or filter selection to narrow or find someone based on the type of field
fields should be selectable from a dropdown i make

descriptions about them, their likes, their skills also

people in this site can see or search for others based on filters of catagoy , topic etc

almost like a photograpy Portfolio in that along with their searchable fields of data
they can have several (i can control) photos to introduce themselves and/or their work etc.
