# User profile doesn’t update

 * Hello, I’m having a problem with edit-profile function. I wouldn’t update.
 * I checked a post about the similar problem, and upon the post, I did the followings;
 * -I deactivated all the plugins
    -I changed the theme to defalut -All the settings
   for the plugin is set to different pages(login, user, account etc)
 * I still had problem and the chrome inspect(console) says
 * admin-bar-v2.js?ver=11.1-a.1-202224:3 Missing data from PHP (wpNotesArgs).
 * which I have no idea what it means.
 * Can you please help me?

 * Could you please tell us what version of UM you’re using? Does this issue occur
   with the latest version 2.4.1?

 * When you edit the Profile and hit on Submit/save, does it redirect you to the
   Profile view and not the Editing view?

 * it just freezes right after hitting the button.
    There is no page change.

 * Sorry for the late response.
 * Could you please check if you have added the Jetpack and Google Analytics script
   to your site? If so, please try disabling them and see if the issue still occurs.
