    Hello,

    I am using flatsome theme and all of the systems and plugins are up to date.
    I tested plugin compatibility but no help.
    Product page is not showing on my account in any browsers.
    And hope one can change currancy when filling in price – it is default currancy which cannot be changed.

    Hi,

    Could you share an URL to your product page that is not being displayed?

    Customers can change currencies if appropriate multi currency modules are used (either Multicurrency (Currency Switcher) or Prices and Currencies by Country) and there is currency or country widget or a shortcode.

    Hi,

    I think I’ve misread your question. If you would like your customers to be able to select the currency in which to create user products in then unfortunately that is not possible yet but we have added that to our todo list.

    The issue is the products customers make are not showing on my account.
    It should be showing as a product list.

    Hi,

    Product list should be shown in a new tab called “Products” in My Account page. If you’re not seeing it, could you try clearing the cache (if you’re using any caching plugins) and temporarily switching to the default theme to see if it’s a compatibility issue with a theme.

    Also, are you using the free version of Booster or Booster Plus?

    My theme flatsome seems to be the culprit.
    Transposh can be another reason as when it is activated many pages in booster show white screen.
    But about user product even when Transposh is deactivated product list is not showing on my account.

    I am using booster plus.
