User problem logging in

    Its not a problem for an admin, its a problem for a subscriber, and they don’t have access to the wordpress dashboard. Do you have any other ideas as to how I can solve this?

    I see, have you tried going to Events > Settings > General > User Capabilities

    Make sure everything is okay and looks right there, as well as if you are admin I’d try resetting his password and emailing it to him and having him try a different browser too.
