user plugin

Hi There
I’m trying to find the right user plug in, but I really can’t find my way around. Maybe someone has stumbled upon a plugin with the following features:

• Front end Registration
• Front end Login/Logout
• Front end user can view/edit their own profile incl. password/e-mail, but not upload, post or comment
• Admin can fully customize user form
• Admin can email users that Allow it
• Admin can make groups and add users to several groups
