 * I’m working on setting up EntryWizard and EZW-Rating for our photo club, Flatirons
   Photo Club [https://flatironsphotoclub.org/](https://flatironsphotoclub.org/);
   so far it looks very promising but I still have quite a few options to finish
   setting up. We’re trying to set up for our year-end competition while still limiting
   how much setup work we need to do.
 * At the moment, though, I’m having trouble getting off the ground: I’m getting‘
   Error in upload form: Invalid identifier “example” in shortcode, although the“
   Classic” block properly shows EZW Shortcodes including the Example Competition
   Form (clicking it give the identifier “example”). The Console shows

 * Also, our WordPress site has only a few users (primarily the Admin). I’d like
   to minimize the number of users we need to add initially. Do I understand correctly
   that we could set up a standard ‘upload’ user which could be used by multiple
   users to upload their competition images? I know that we’ll wand to add individual
   user accounts for each competition judge. Any issues I need to look out for?

 * A quick web search seems to indicate that net::ERR_HTTP_RESPONSE_CODE_FAILURE
   is likely to come from an AdBlocker plugin. EntryWizard does make a lot of ajax
   calls, so you need to make sure they are not being blocked.
 * I can’t tell you all the possible problems without spending a lot of time searching
   the code, but the plugin was definitely designed assuming that each member uploading
   images has their own wordpress user account, and only uploads a very small number
   of images for a given competition. Using one “upload” user is likely to cause
   a lot of problems. and may not work at all.
 * Creating a large number of new users is not really difficult if you have a spreadsheet
   of names and email addresses. There are several plugins that will help.

 * I’m still getting ‘Error in upload form: Invalid identifier “example” in shortcode’
   despite trying the MS Edge browser and the Brave browser, neither of which has
   any additions or extensions on my computer. (I normally use Chrome.)
 * Any other suggestions?

 * About all I can suggest is:
    1. check that shortcode very carefully to make sure
   there is no space or special character in the identifier. It must match the webform
   identifier exactly. The message indicates that no webform with identifier “example”
   was found on the database. But I assume you are able to see it on the admin webforms
   page, so it must exist.
 * 2. Try a different theme, just in case there is a conflict with the one you are
   using.
 * 3. The standard advice: temporarily deactivate all other plugins to make sure
   there is no conflict.
 * If you do find a freely-available theme or plugin that conflicts with EntryWizard,
   please let me know.
