User page with custom fields

Hi everybody,

its my first post at the forum, and I hope improve my english post by post 🙂

I need create a user page that I can add custom fields, to a fidelity program, where users can edit their profiles and other fields only the site staff can change.

Exemple:

The user fills a custom registration form (with more fields than the WP default) like this:
Name:
City:
Birthday:
How you met us:
etc…
|Submit|

So the profile is created and the user receive a password at email (like the WP default). IMPORTANT: The users have be permission to edit their own profile.

Now, I need that the site staff can edit others fields, that will be available for read only for the users. Like this:
Points earned:
User since:
Gifts:
Etc…

How I can make this? Have plugins for this??
