    What is supposed to be shown in the User Order Detail’s Item column? Right now it is showing the image as missing. But all our products have images.

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    The product Order details items column shows the product image.

    Can you please let us know if it is a variation image?
    If yes, then can you please check if you have set the image for the variation product?

    If not, then the image will not be shown. But in our next update, we are improving it. i.e. if the variation image is not found, then it will show the parent product image.

    Hi, it is a variation product. There is no image associate with it. Because it is the same item. The variation is just the ‘power’ which is not displayable.

    This is an unrelated item. We just start using this plugin. We turned on the first email template but didn’t turn on the second one. But one customer already got the first email. When we turn on the second template, the customer did not get the second one. So now we do a “Reschedule Emails”. Now the problem is, the customer is going to get the first email again, in addition to the second email. There should be an option to delete any scheduled email because we don’t want the customer to receive the first email twice. There is no way to delete scheduled emails which is pretty frustrating.

    1. We have added an improvement, which will show the parent product image if a variation product image is not found. We are releasing an update soon with the above improvement.

    2. When the plugin schedules the emails, it will schedule only activated once. If you later activate another one, it will not consider in it.
    Regarding deleting the scheduled emails, we will discuss it and will the task in our development queue.
