 * I would like to see something like this too!
 * But for me I would like the option to restrict it to certain forums or allow 
   the poster to decide if a notification is sent out to all users or not

 * I would really like to see the option to allow users to opt in which forums they
   would like to receive notification from i.e. only the forums that are relevant
   to them.
 * I this was available as a premium plugin i would happily pay for it.
