user not receiving email after survey submission

    after trying several tests, we consistently received the admin e-mail upon survey submission but not the user e-mail. previously this worked fine, it stopped working at some undetermined point. below are our settings. if you’d like to test for yourself, try the following survey:

    If you enable this option, an email is sent with his quiz result to the user.
