    Hello,
Thank you for this plugin. I have followed all the steps as shown in the tutorial video and specified in the documentation. There are a few issues I am facing.
    1. The user is not getting enrolled on the moodle website. As the user clicks on the link in the email, it is getting redirected to the login screen on moodle(Not to the password reset screen as shown in the video). Upon entering the username and password provided in the email, it is showing invalid login. So the user is not getting enrolled to the course.
    2. Every time you synchronize the course from the moodle, the values of cohort, group, course id of all the products get reset to empty value. Suppose I add a new course to moodle and I click on synchronize in wordpress, it resets the value of all the products and I have to update the values for each course-product again.
    3. What all emails should be activated to be sent to the user. I have activated all the emails in woocommerce and the new enrollment email of moowoodle plugin. The user receives three emails- creating account,Order processing and new enrollment. The new enrollment email takes 15 minutes whereas the other two emails are sent instantly.

    Please help resolve these issues.
    Thanks in advance.

  • Dear @noviceavid82

Please let me address your issues one by one:
    1. The user is not getting enrolled on the moodle website. As the user clicks on the link in the email, it is getting redirected to the login screen on moodle(Not to the password reset screen as shown in the video). Upon entering the username and password provided in the email, it is showing invalid login.
So the user is not getting enrolled in the course.
: You have not installed this plugin: https://dualcube.com/product/moowoodle-enrolment/

Please follow the complete documentation for Moodle set up: https://dualcube.com/docs/moowoodle-set-up-guide/#3-toc-title

When Moodle set up is complete, it will solve this issue.

    2. Every time you synchronize the course from the moodle, the values of cohort, group, course id of all the products get reset to empty value. Suppose I add a new course to moodle and I click on synchronize in wordpress, it resets the value of all the products and I have to update the values for each course-product again.

: Please use the MooWoodle enrolment plugin too as mentioned in the 1st answer.

: The new enrolment email takes time as it waits for the payment confirmation from WooCommerce.

Please do let me know if you have any more questions.

    Thank you.

Thank you for the reply. I checked back again, I had installed the moowoodle-enrolment plugin on the moodle website earlier and followed the setup guide. But it was disabled by default. I had to enable it in the moodle->plugin->authentication section. But even after that the user is not getting enrolled. Also the wordpress dashboard is showing the notification “This plugin needs to be installed on your Moodle site after installing this MooWoodle plugin to enable the course enrolment feature.– Click here” even though the plugin is installed and setup.

Also, there is no option for enrolment in the free course.
Please tell me where am I missing something.

Hello good morning, I have the wordpress in Spanish, change the language to English, I have all the steps configured, the plugin in moodle and in wordpress, the permissions, rest, tokens, etc.

In both English and Spanish I receive this email:

    Username : adminperu
    Password : 1Admin@23
To enroll and access your course please click on the course link given below :
    To access your course activity=”0″]Curso de HTML5 y CSS3[/moowoodle]
You need to change your password after first login.

    Could someone fix the problem?

I have reviewed again the error occurs when the section

    [moowoodle cohort=”” group=”” course=”3″ class=”moowoodle” target=”_self” authtext=”” activity=”0″][/moowoodle]

Does not exist or is not at the beginning of the general description; which is deleted at the time of synchronization.

on the other hand I have noticed that when creating the user from the mail it is being created with the administrator user of wordpress and not with the client user.

    Can somebody help me?

    Dear @welsituesta

Please change the language to English US. Then the shortcode will work.

As I mentioned I have already installed and configured the plugin on the Moodle Site as well. I have installed the plugin on wordpress and Moodle and configured the web services and token. Linked the two plugins with the token id in wordpress. Synchronized the courses.
Here is the screenshot of the moodle plugin as installed on my site:
    Moodle plugin enabled

    Moodle plugin installed

    Moodle Plugin Enabled

As I tested again, the order is getting completed on its own as soon as the order is placed. I have a course with Rs.x and I apply a coupon upon which the amount becomes Rs.0. At the checkout there is no payment to be made whether through cash or payment gateway.

Please help. I need to begin a course in a couple of days and this is not working.

I’m as stumped as you, I’ve got the email registration link working by setting the language in WordPress to US English

But no course enrollment in Moodle, I try and login in Moodle with the username and password in the enrollment email but all I can see in the error logs is User Login Failed as the User does not exist

I test the Rest API calls with the token I’ve put in the WooMoodle settings in WordPress and it works fine

    Dear users

After the users receive the order-complete email, they need to click the link of the course or courses that they bought.

It will then create and enroll the users in their courses.

They can then access the courses using the username and password sent via email.

Alternatively, When someone buys a course, after the payment, he/she will be directed to a thank you page which normally contains the link of my courses page.

On this page, you will have all the courses listed that you have bought along with the links of individual courses.

You will need to click on the links to get enrolled.

If you have bought a course and, the course is listed on that page but the link is not displayed; then the payment is not verified yet. Once it is verified, the link will appear.

    Thank you.

    Hi!
    Please I need your help.
I have been trying to install the MooWoodle enrollment plugin downloaded from DualCube. But I can’t get it to install on my WordPress site.
When I try to install it, after uploading the file, it returns these messages:
    “Unpacking the package …
    Installing the plugin…
The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found.
    Plugin installation failed. ”

Does anyone have any idea what my problem may be?
I have already modified all site permissions and still cannot.
    Thanks in advance.
