I know EDD Auto Register extension but i want find the problem. Most of users register successfully and just about 5% of them have this issue. The profile creates well but there isn’t a user with his email in WP Users.
I found the problem. This users uses non english characters in username field and WP couldn’t create their selected username!
And what is the solution to this issue then?
Is there one? I mean if im from Hungary and i type a character on my keyboard that Hungarian with a ‘ above the e for example that account does not get created?????
Then EDD should be striping out those characters and replacing them with the corrected letter!

That is a limitation from WordPress itself and not EDD. Try with this plugin and see if it helps https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-special-characters-in-usernames/
