i am facing one issue here user not bale to start the chat with admin, when admin start the chat then user able to start chat.

But I have another question: how can I update the user profile picture so that it shows in the chat? I have already updated the profile image in the user account section, but it doesn’t show in the chat for the user profile.
created_at values must be the same length, No idea what can be issue there, must be related to server configuration, hard to say what exactly can cause that, make sure you are always use 64-bit version of php
