User name password reset problem

I am not a web site designer. I am not even very computer literate. I went with WordPress because you were recommended as being very user friendly. BOB WAS I WRONG! After a month of struggling, I finally managed to get three posts on my blog and to publish it. Now I want to install jetpack. It downloaded, but then it won’t activate because it says that my user name and password are wrong! Ok, so, I tried password reset. FIVE TIMES! No email with the reset passcode. And TWICE I tried the “need more help” option. THAT option tells me it doesn’t recognize my user name! And-yet- At the top of this page it says “welcome<myusername>!
PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE! Why can’t I get any LIVE human being help for someone who doesn’t have a CLUB abot computers? If I wanted to be a website designer I would take a class. I just want to publish my blog!
