# User name not recognized

 * We’ve had the same user name and email address all along — _[redacted]_. Now 
   it isn’t recognized. I know very little about this — I have a record of the user
   name and password, and they have stopped working. If no one answers this, what
   do I do? I can’t figure this out.

       authentication
