User Multiple Category Filter on Product Category Page

Hello Support Forum,
I am using this plugin a long time in free version and it works like charm.
I am wondering if there is any setting which allows to have all category of product visible in Product Category Page and filter work. I did not find any option in the backend.

Right now I am able to display all categories in Product Category page but it does not filter the other categories.

Any help in this highly appriciated. THanks
