user manager plugin to lock an editor to one page

OK i have a specific need and i cannot find a plugin, I manage a sports team site that has multiple teams. I have to give each team manager an editor role to be able to manage their page but that leaves it open for them to muck about in the other pages. I want to lock them(each user) into a single page area. It would be awesome to have nothing BUT that page available for them to edit if possible. These are some not so technical people. How can this be done? I’m looking at 20-30 specific users.
