# User Management & Capabilities

 * I am the webmaster and content creator for a company which has a number of international
   subsidiaries. What I create, from the website down to its content, is duplicated
   by each of these subsidiaries in their own language. Each subsidiary’s website
   is administered independently.
 * The task: I want to grant these subsidiaries access ONLY to the backend of my
   posts. They should be able to copy the content, paste it into their backend, 
   requiring only that the text be translated. They should not be able to edit my
   posts (or site for that matter) in any way.
 * Is there a simple, secure way of doing this? Perhaps with an access management
   or member management plugin?

 * Try the [Capabilities Manager Enhanced](http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/capability-manager-enhanced/)
   plugin. It lets you manually set permissions for each user level or create custom
   ones.
 * If your subsidiaries are simply copying content, however, why can’t they do it
   from the front-end?

 * Just because of the formatting and tags…let’s just say they’re not all that capable…
   but thanks. I’ll check out that plugin.
