    What happens when a user losses thier device and can no longer provide the passcode to enter their account. How can they enter their account again?

    Hi Steven,

    If there’s another site administrator, that administrator can assist them. Or otherwise, there is information in the FAQs on how to disable a plugin.

    If I am admin and a user loses their mobile device for example, I ethier need to have the premium version of the pliugin or use the plugin that allows to switch users, when using the free version, is that correct?

    Yes: an admin can use one of the free user-switching plugins to switch to that user and deactivate TFA, or you can use the Premium version to access the facility in there without user-switching.
