  • Hello,

    I have Installed All In One WP Security & Firewall in my Website and change the admin login url. But the problem is after last update my user can’t login in my site. When someone tried to login it showing something wrong. Sometimes it lockout my users after 1 time try when I set the login failure option for 3 times in 10 minutes.

    But If I uninstall the plugin it works fine.

    How can I fix this issue?

    Would be happy if you response me as soon as possible.

    When you say the user gets locked out what is the exact behaviour which you see, ie, is there an error message and what is the exact wording of it?

    Or, does the user get redirected to 127.0.0.1?

    It just locked out the user and suggest to provide email to unlock. But the major problem is no one can Login in my site after last update.

    Note: I was changed the default Wp Admin login url.

    Now I uninstalled the plugin and installed another on, it is working file. But I want to use your plugin.

    Actually not like that, because in my site users with valid usernames also getting locked out after 1st try.

    Have you whitelisted your IP address? This is located in Brute Force -> Login Whitelist.

    Hi,

    Your best option is not to whitelist your IP address because all the users to your site get locked out because of one locking event. If you use the whitelist feature, you must also add all the IP addresses from all the users who log into your system. Try disabling this and let me know if it works better for you.
