    Greetings experts,

I have searched this forum and other sites looking for a solution to my specific issue but have not been successful so far.

I have even gone to the extent of contacting the vendor but they could not help because they could not access our site which is internal.

Hopefully, one of you guys would have had similar experience.

We have the PRO version of the WPForms plugin.

Yesterday, I activated the User Registration Form and User Login features.

We are able to register users with the User Registration Form.

However, when attempting to open the User Login Form, we keep getting the following error message:

This is a preview of your form. This page is not publicly accessible.

When we load the shortcode to a page and view the page, it comes up blank.

I would really appreciate anyone’s assistance who may have run into similar issue.

    Thanks in advance

    I figured out the problem.
The login feature gives you an option to hide the login form once logged on.

The issue is when you log into WordPress dashboard, it assumes you are logged in and hides the login form.

This is not what I had in mind with the login feature.

We would like our authorized users to log into authorized areas of the website without giving them access to WordPress dashboard which is what this is doing.

    Hi @webuser1,

It looks like you’ve contacted us over at our email support platform, and we’ve replied there.

In case it helps other users reading this, I’ve included our response here as well.

You can certainly customize confirmation options for users to be redirected to a specific page after they submit the login form. These options can be found within the form builder under Settings > Confirmation.

For a detailed guide on each available confirmation option, please see our tutorial on setting up form confirmations.

WPForms does not have the function to restrict admin access. A possible option to do this might be to use a plugin such as the Remove Dashboard Access plugin. For more details on how to use that plugin and other options, you can check out WPBeginner’s tutorial.

If you’ve further questions, please feel free to continue our email conversation.

    Thanks!
