 * I have a wordpress site with 35,000 users behind an haproxy server for load balancing.
haproxy handles this and several other sites. Recently, when I visit wp-admin/
users.php it sits for ~45 seconds and then haproxy reports a 504 Gateway Timeout.
I’m wondering if the user list is simply taking a very long time to come together
resulting in haproxy deciding to give up.
 * I looked into the logs and have’t found any PHP warnings or errors around this
or other errors for that matter.
 * Is this a plausible explanation and what is my best solution to the problem?
