User link submission page not showing categories

    Despite setting the link category to Show in the User Submission options page I do not see the categories listed on the page.

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Sorry for the late response. I was travelling for work this past week.

    I checked the URL listed above and do not see the user submission form at all. To be sure, do you have link categories already defined in your admin section?
