 * I’m the admin of a journal using WP2. I select users and then select promote
   to author and it gives me a message saying ‘user updated.’ Nothing happens though–
   the user is still a subscriber. What am I doing wrong?
 * Thanks,
 * Andy.

 * Wonder if a plugin is causing this?

 * Update:
 * I’ve noticed that it does actually turn the user into an author but doesn’t display
   the update. How annoying!
