User level

    I have created a new role, useradmin, that has all of the capabilities of Administrator (user admins), except switching theme and managing options.

    Even if user levels are deprecated, the WordPress author dropdown still checks this “capability”.

    So my author dropdown on edit posts lacks these users. Main problem!

    Any role with more than “read” capability should have user level set to a value higher than zero.

    By using other capabilities plugins I am allowed to set this, but not through thios “Members” plugin”. Fix!
