“User is not a contact” error in Action Log

    Using the free version of uncanny automator I created a recipe to add any WooCommerce product buyers to FuentCRM (free version) but for all buyers I get the same error when looking at the Action Log. It says “User is not a contact:” (email address), where (email address) is the buyer email address.

    Any ideas what this is and why it’s happening?

    Hi @biztechq ,

    Sorry to hear about the issue.

    Since you’re using the free version of the plugin, purchasers would have to be signed in at the top (i.e. Woo guest checkout would have to be disabled). And it sounds like the contact doesn’t yet exist in FluentCRM. Can you confirm how you’re creating the contact, and if there is a contact on the Fluent side at the time of checkout? Maybe you can link to a screenshot of your recipe, but Automator wouldn’t currently create the contact, just update the contact as needed.
