User is getting cachback as well as discount using coupon code

Having 2 issues with current plugin:

1. When I create coupon code let say ‘Extra25’ with 25% discount and selected the specific product. The product shows 25% discount applied and deducted from price at checkout and when order completed he get 25% cashback too.

Please let me know how to resolve this?

2. I am using this plugin : https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-payment-discounts/ which applied 3% auto discount through a coupon code, but when order completed, the cashback is credited to users account is 25% + 3%.
