    Compatibility Check – Put red where items are NOT supported by the webhost.

    Options – If options are NOT supported when using the Compatibility Check, don’t make it seem those setting can be forced on through the W3 options pages. It takes changes that are beyond the scope of the plugin to turn on object cache, memecache or mod deflate.

    In that you keep those dependent options seemingly openly available through the plugin’s backend is just confusing to the user.

    I’ve got the compatibility check open and I’ve looking at the options that I can make active and the list does not map.
