 * Hi,
    I need a plugin that allows a user to post a post and then I can open it
   up read it and decide to publish it or not in the wordpress admin panel. I have
   cforms that i think might be what i should use. Any input? Thanks,

 * If I remember correctly, if a user is a ‘contributor’, they don’t have the ability
   to publish posts, but they can write posts.

 * You could probably extend their capabilities by using something like [Role Manager](http://www.im-web-gefunden.de/wordpress-plugins/role-manager/).
