 * We’d like customers to be able to input the amount on their paid invoice and 
   process payment online with paypal pro. Can this plugin accomplish that?

 * Maybe I don’t understand the question, sorry. Are you asking for the ability 
   for the client to set the payment amount? If so, than the answer is “yes, with
   an add-on”.
