User information doesn't save

    I’ve been trying to fix this problem for the last two days and I couldn’t find a link to help me either so I decided to come here and ask away.

    I installed WP-members and customised the fields as I wanted to. They all work fine, email notifications work fine, but when I go to approve a user and check their info, those fields are all empty (yes, they filled all the fields and they’re all required). I really need to have those fields filled when I check for a user, it’s just not going to be possible to ask people to add them later again because it’s likely they won’t (I’m not even talking about their address, as it’s not even relevant for this case).

    If you are using a cache plugin such as W3 Super Cache or WP Total Cache, you may need to disable object caching or db caching.
