Hello Portass, thank you for your feedback. The feature you describe is available in the free version and should definitely work. In order for us to be able to isolate the error a little better, it would be helpful if you could answer the following questions:
1. which WordPress version are you using?
2. which CLUEVO LMS PlugIn version do you have installed?
3. do you use a caching plugin, for example WP fastest Cache?
4. Would it also be possible for you to send the PHP version and the MySQL version?

thank you very much for your quick feedback and the information about your system. I have to apologize right away, I unfortunately misread your question at the beginning and from your pictures it became clear to me what exactly you need.
Currently there is no way for CLUEVO groups to show up as WordPress roles. However, we already have this feature in our backlog and would have added it to the plugin in the near future. Unless you are pressed for time, you would just have to wait for one of the next releases, then this feature will be available to you for free.
