• One of our users is reporting having logged in successfully on a Microsoft Surface tablet, but then having been temporarily locked out when trying to sign in on a Mac running Chrome, from the same IP address. Any suggestions on how to resolve this?

  • Hello CherryHintonBlue,
do you have Wordfence set to “Immediately lock out invalid usernames”? Or are you blocking any user agents in “Advanced blocking?

    No, and no. 🙁

    Hello again,
what reason does Wordfence state for them being blocked? You can see the reasons under “Blocked IPs” either in the tab “IPs that are blocked from accessing the site” or the tab “IPs that are Locked Out from Login”.
