User get NO email confirmation after registration

    We received emails from user that they get NO confirmation by email after registration. Therefore the registration is not compleated and the new registred user has no opportunity to write a comment or post a note in the forum.
    We registered ourself as new and we got the info that we must confirm the comming email, but the system never sent this confirmation email.
    We use also BuddyPress 1.6 at our page <a href=”http://unitedhopechurch.org

    We can´t solve this problem, therefore we need HELP.
