 * I’m looking for a way to allow my registered users to record their volunteer 
   hours (name, location, hours worked, comments) via a simple form. As an incentive
   to get folks to fill this form out, I’d also like to be able to display information
   from the volunteer log on my site.
 * Seems like most form plugins out there are aimed at collecting information, but
   not displaying it. Any thoughts/suggestions on how to do this? My php/sql skills
   are very limited so I’m trying to find an existing plugin to accomplish this.
