As a non-coder, I'm running a WP site for a non-profit group of volunteers http://www.gaq.be.
For that, I'd like to implement a few features that seem normal/simple to me, but I can't seem to find the correct solution (it doesn't help that I need to run the site and WP in French :(
1) Add a few simple fields (street; number; postcode; ...) to the built-in user management
2) allow only registered (and confirmed) users to access to some content the site's posts and comments, i.e. our 'internal' discussion - ideally using 'categories'.
