    User failed payment once, tried again (successfully) but student is not generated.

    I don’t know how this happens, but when a user fails a payment and then successfully tries again there it won’t generate the student.

    I’m using coursepress free + woocommerce. I would like to add this client to the student list but it’s not possible. How can I accomplish this? Thanks

    I tried updating all plugin, delete the failed data payment but it won’t work.

    Updated: now I tried changing the order on woocommerce from “Processing” to “Completed” and generated the password again. I wonder if I’ll have to do this again if it’s gonna happen again.

    Which payment gateway do you use in WooCommerce? So I could give this a try in a clean environment. Please advise!
    Also add any additional information you might have on how to simulate the failed payment (if it’s more than wrong details).
