• We love this plugin but we desperately need users to have an automatically set expiration date.

We tried combining this with the plugin “Expire Users”, which works but the expiration is not automatically set as it should be. I’m guessing that only works when users sign up through the default wordpress registration form.

Anybody have any ideas on how to make this work?

    Thanks for your help!

There is a PayPal subscription extension available through the plugin’s premium support site rocketgeek.com.

Would this allow us to set up expiration dates without actually charging people for subscriptions?

If so, does it allow us to set a specific expiration date for all signups or set individual expiration dates for each user, or both?

Hmmm… I’ll actually have to look into that. I am pretty sure you could set it to just worry about the date and have there be no cost.

It sets the expiration for the user based on when they signup (and the length you have specified the subscription is). But, as I add new features, it would be pretty easy to add a filter hook where the date is set so that it could just set a specific date.

I’ll need to test some of this out and get back to you.

    Thanks, I appreciate it.
