User experience

  • I made a site for an urgent care clinic and I wanted to get some feedback on user experience. I aimed to make all of the important information really easy to see. Do you think the navigation is clear and understandable? Any suggestions on how I can make things better?

    So far, so good! I went onto the site acting like a panicky parent – I wanted to know where, hours and how to pay. I found all these things quickly and easily. Totally important for a site such as this. Most people aren’t seeking our urgent care in a relaxed and leisurely fashion.
    The promotion pop up on the left side moves a little too fast, I hardly caught a glimpse of it before it was gone, so you might want to slow that down a tad.
    Things you probably know – the forms pages is a 404, and a couple of the top tabs, specifically insurance and billing are dead ends.
    Overall, it’s pretty simple to navigate!

    Thank you for your feedback, I actually did not notice the links that led to a 404 page so you helped me fix that.
